Peter Langlois
Director, Mobile Innovation and Strategy
Peter Langlois is Director Mobile Innovation and Strategy at Neustar. He comes to Neustar following an extensive career in wired and wireless telecommunications. His responsibilities include developing strategy and assessing new market opportunities for the company’s Mobile, Media, and Registry Services Group, as well development of key mobile initiatives, partnerships, and associations.
Mr. Langlois has been a regular participant in a number of industry bodies, and currently is active in the evolution of 2D barcode technologies. He led Neustar’s activities to integrate some of the world’s foremost 2D barcode companies within the last year, resulting in a product launch at the GSMA Mobile World Congress in February. He continues to work with the industry to provide the kind of quality experience and security that will hasten barcode adoption.
Jeff Neuman
Vice President, Law and Policy
Jeff is responsible for the oversight of intellectual property law and policy development matters at NeuStar, as well as information technology licensing. He is the current chairperson of the gTLD Registry Constituency of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), as well as the external liaison for both NeuStar and NeuLevel with the Domain Name Supporting Organization of ICANN, the gTLD Registry Constituency of ICANN and the Intellectual Property Constituency. In addition, Jeff is also responsible for the protection of NeuStar’s intellectual property assets, domain name disputes, and Internet-related matters.
